To have your ELI-tests done you will have to:

Fill in your “Outpatient questionnaire” end e-mail it to anketa@dbdcentre.com
Agree the blood sampling time on 07938209360 or 07731597186. Blood sampling address is: 136 Harley Street, W1G 7JS, London
As soon as our immunologist comes to a diagnostic decision regarding your ELI-tests we will contact you to book your appointment with our preclinical diagnostics and preventive medicine practitioner.

The information you submit with your “Outpatient questionnaire” will enable our immunologist to come to a prompt and precise diagnostic decision. Lack of this information may involve difficulties in tests interpretation and cause delays in getting your diagnostic decision.
